Is my Razer Kiyo Broken?

The other day there was a power surge early in the morning my pc was on and it works fine however when i went to stream and do some zoom calls my kiyo was just a black screen. If i click the reset button in synapse enough times it will eventually show an image but it wont work on any other applications I tried unplugging it Unplugging and uninstalling synapse I don't know if there is anything i can try or its just permanently messed up
