Is my RAZER naga trinity onboard memory dead?

I have a razer naga trinity. There is a constant swirling icon next to the onboard profile ‘chip’ icon in synapse 3. The profiles never seam to save even thou they show as solid white writing next to the color slot I put them in. The profiles already inside seam to have weird behaviour like backspaces and what not and not any defaults.

    I’d say it’s software issue rather than hardware.

    Try to reinstall Synapse if you haven’t tried it yet.
