Is Razer.com a fraud?
Hey everyone,
I placed an order on the website for a Blade Stealth 13 twelve days ago.
It was displayed as "available", and "shipped on next business day".
Since then, my order is still in status "order received".
My credit card has been charged.
I have contacted the support and they answered
"the package is still being prepared for shipment. It might be that the system is not updated yet."
Why in hell do they need to update my system?
Logistics is supposed to be "shipping a box", I don't want people to use my computer and play with updates. I don't get it.
Anyway, I have asked 3 times for my order to be cancelled and refund, because the shipping will be too late and I won't be home when the package gets delivered, but the support does not answer.
I'm seriously disappointed with Razer and have absolutely no intention to be a customer ever again, and I advise everyone here to NOT SHOP FROM RAZER.COM. This website is a fraud.
I'm located in France, there is no telephone number for support (the Germany phone number tells me to use the chat), there is no chat for France (the chat for USA&Canada does not work)...
There is no customer service, that's a real mess.
If anyone can help me contact someone who can escalate this issue, that'd be appreciated.

Update: the support answered and asked for the serial number of the computer (the one that I have not received), and a picture of the problem.
