So i’m looking to purchase a Deathadder Essential, because I want some configurable peripherals with my setup. (I’m a Mac user and i’m using Razer Synapse 2). I’ve checked the compatible device list, but it doesn’t note the Deathadder Essential. Does anyone know if the Deathadder Essential is compatible with Synapse 2? Any replies would be greatly appreciated!

It’s compatible with Synapse 3 only, which is not available on macOS.
You can try using 3rd party app called Razer macOS: https://github.com/1kc/razer-macos
