Hello, my 12” Razer Ring light switch stopped working after 11 months. It was replaced RMA. But now, the replacement that was sent has also stopped working after just around 12 months. 

After seeing multiple threads with similar issues and no resolution. I’m going to say these are disposable. My last support case, the Razer rep said someone in level 2 escalation would reach out, but I’ve gotten nothing. Pretty disappointing for the price of this product.

Just in case someone does have a fix, leaving this here, otherwise, Razer is off my list, and will bounce back to Logitech, as their products seem to be a lot more robust in longevity.
