Is there a conflict with Dell Inspiron laptops? | Razer Insider

My Razer Seiren v2 Pro works well on my Eliteone desktop, but not at all on the Dell Inspiron laptop? Any suggestions? Yes, I’m sure I have all of the settings right! The laptop just doesn’t recognise the mic at all.

Is it visible in Windows device manager on Dell laptop? I assume you’re connecting it directly to USB ports on laptop, and not via some usb hub?


Thank you for your reply. I don’t think I had previously opened Windows device manager to check this, I’ve just done it and Razer is visible.

And amazingly, the mic now works as it should!

It can’t be a coincidence, so I’m grateful for  your response.
