Is there a problem with the LED on my mouse?

Well, I received a Razer basilisk V3 pro 35K mouse as a birthday present.

When I connect the mouse to "Razer Synapse" to configure it, the LED mode changes, and the top left light flashes red for milliseconds, or turns off. I've tried many things, but it just doesn't work.

Is this a manufacturing defect? Or am I missing something? I tried resetting the firmware, but the app doesn't even detect the mouse when I connect it.

Be sure, that you have disabled the Windows 11 built in “Dynamic lighting”.

I have the exact same problem. I disabled “Dynamic Lighting” but it didnt helped me. I’m not sure what to do. I tried to install the newest firmware for my Basilisk V3 Pro, i tried to update the Synapse App and some other stuff. Nothing worked. But i noticed something: If the Synapse App is not running in the Backround, the mouse will use the On-board profile, it will put the LED on that you saved to your on-board profile. No Programm is controlling the LED, only the mouse is controlling the LED. I have dont have this problem with this red flashing LED when every Synapse Program is closed.

But i’m searching for a way to use my own made Chroma effect with the help of the synapse / Chroma App + without red flashing. I hope someone will find a solution for this dumb system bug. I really dont know what to do.
