When on battery my Razer Blade 15 Base Model (Early 2020) gets stuck on a loop of restarting and booting into the Razer BIOS start screen, then powering off and starting up again. After successfully booting into Windows, the system date and time is from when I last used my device. When going into the BIOS menu, the system date shows 01/01/2020 (attached photo). If plugged in, the device boots up normally.
I was hoping someone could help me with this issue?

Let me help you with your laptop. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team so they can further check on it? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
