Hi all!
I have been using MMORPG mice for gaming for probably the last 12 or so years and I just personally find them the most comfortable to use for my playstyles across any title/genre. As some of you may know, MMORPG mice are few and far between when it comes to variety as they appear a bit more niche than, say, the classic FPS 2- or 4-button mice. Anyways, I have had a Razer Naga V2 Pro since last August that I purchased in store at a local Best Buy that I love (I had a Razer Naga V1 Pro beforehand as well) and unfortunately the 12-key plate has started to show wear and tear, amidst functionality issues occasionally with certain number buttons sticking or taking a few clicks before registering (ironically the 6 and 7 keys are the most egregious offenders, I wish I was making that up) and I was simple curious if there was a way I could order a replacement for just the 12-key plate. I have the receipt for my purchase through the Best Buy app and of course can access the SN on the mouse, but I truly do not remember if I took the time to register it for a warranty. Any and all help/info would be appreciated! I have also included a picture depicting some of the buttons flaking and whatnot (I promise I clean my mouse regularly!).
