Is there a way to force shut down of the razer opus?

Hi, I got a bluetooth USB audio transmitter because I suspect that the one in CPU is having problems, I tried to connect the razer opus but they got the blue led on. I was not able to hear anything in them and tried to turn them off to repair and try again but even if I hold the power button they don't turn off. I tried to let them run out of battery but it has been aroung 16 hours and they just don't shut down. Also tried to use my phone to connect to them but it doesn't work either. Is there a way to force the shut down other than pressing power button?

    As far as I know, there is no other way to turn the headset off, but holding the power button until the status indicator turns red. Do shoot me a PM with the serial number of the headset should you need further assistance.

    Hi, I contacted support and I got the answer there. Connecting the audio cable, holding down +, - and pressing power is the hard reset I was looking for. Thanks
