Is there a way you can install Synapse without an internet connection?

Due to workplace IT policies, is there a way to install Synapse without going into the Razer cloud? They're not particularly fond of 3rd party apps...

    The reason why internet is required, is to link your RAZER account to the Synapse 3.0. Another reason why Internet is required is because RAZER Synapse team continue to make updates and changes. Unless you can ask your workplace IT department to approve the Synapse 3.0 to their local system~~~
