This is bizarre to me. My microphone stopped working on my Razer 15 advanced (2018). I have read and attempted to trouble shoot pretty much anything I could find.

Reluctantly, I decided to reach out to the support who could surely walk me through. Am I interpreting this correctly... since I didn't purchase an extended warranty I don't have access to discuss my issue with anyone from Razer?

That's not true. You have me. :smile_: Anyway, send me a screenshot of how the mic appears on the Device Manager and the serial number of the laptop so I can help you isolate the problem.
