Hello, may I know if there is any authorized service center here in Indonesia? I have a Razer Nari Ultimate headset since around 3 years ago, but recently since a month ago, the USB dongle no longer be able to be recognized in any device, thus rendering the headset unusable (I know it can be used wired, but it defeats the purpose of me buying it, and also wired doesn’t support surround AFAIK). If possible, I want the dongle to be repaired, but if it’s not possible, at least I want to know if it can be replaced.
