I purchased a new razer keyboard. I can safely say it is the worst keyboard I have used in 40+ years. Numpad not working, sometimes keys are interpreted as mouse clicks, terrible. I was stupid enough to not keep the box, so I am stuck with an expensive piece of plastic. I tried support. Got a chatbot that asked me to enter serial, model, video, purchase proof, you name it. Then without furter notice cut me off. Tried again. Now I made it to the ticket, but just as I wanted to confirm: Oops, something went wrong, try again later. All in all this has taken me 2 hours plus. After owning a good mouse from Razer for years I thought this was a safe bet, but apparently you can be a good mouse brand, and the worst keyboard brand at the same time. I'm gonna throw my week old 180$ keyboard in the trash, where it belongs. Never again.
