I have been trying to use custom chroma settings on my Xbox One but I cant find a way to save it to the device.

    Hey there! This is a product limitation. Our Razer Cynosa Chroma is compatible with Windows 7 (or higher). You can customize it by connecting it on a PC with Razer Synapse 3.0 installed.

    That's another product limitation too. I highly recommend that you send this as a feature request through the Submit Feedback function in Razer Synapse 3.0.
