Is this bending normal ? (Razer blade 15 base mid 2019)

Hi,
I got this replacement laptop in February from amazon.de after returning a defective unit. It wasn't noticeable until now when i moved to somewhere alot more dusty that dust tends to get inside even though i had the lid closed. After looking at the laptop closely i noticed this bending on the screen that causes the front tips to be slightly elevated when the lid is closed, allowing dust to get inside.
The laptop however runs smoothly with good temps, its just a cosmetic issue but i don't know if it should be acceptable for a premium laptop known for it's excellent build quality. I don't know if i should contact amazon and request it to be returned even although the return period has ended or should i ask for it to be repaired since i have a 2 year warranty with support ?

get a refund. dont buy razer blades
and the bending is a bloated batterie you shouldnt use the Laptop anymore
I don't think it is a bloated battery man since the bending is on the top of the screen itself and not the chassis of the laptop. However not going to lie im dissapointed in the quality control and the support of razer 😞
I'm not sure if you have the same issue as I do, but my trackpad is being pushed up by what I assume is a swelling battery. That causes my screen to not close properly, and it looks similar to the screen in your pictures.

I purchased the laptop for my work less than 2 years ago. I don't know of a way to contact Razer Support.

My thread is here:

It looks like this:
Wow that looks pretty bad man. Did you order it from razer's website or from another autorized reseller? If from razer i think you have 1 year of warranty so you can just send it back to get it fixed, if from amazon or best buy for example i think you have 2 years like in my case. Anyways try to get it fixed asap as i saw many people with the same issue. In my case the laptop is perfectly flat on the bottom with no sign of swelling, it is just the screen that is bent in a weird way.

I ordered it from a reseller, but they seem to offer only 1 year warranty for business (and I bought it for my company).

Alright, I hope it isn't too much of a problem for you going forward. Good luck!
Maybe still give it a try with the reseller to get it fixed as this is also a safety hazard, and if that doesn't work you can always buy a replacement battery and replace it yourself. Hope you get it fixed asap and goodluck to you aswell!
Thanks, I would check with the reseller if I could, but at the moment I'm stuck in another country.

A representative from Razer Support has replied in a separate post that I could pay for a repair and send it to them. But judging from other posts it seems to take a long long time to get it fixed and sent back.

I ended up ordering a third party battery, let's see how that goes. In the meantime, I removed the old battery to minimize the risk of explosion or fire.
1st time coming to this forum to see people already having the same problem as me. smh. Mine happened after i was livestreaming. Gonna opt to do it myself too. or wait until it blows up in my face
My biggest fear is that it would blow up and start I fire in the house and neighborhood when I'm not around. I've had the Razer Blade 2018 Advanced Model start several times on its own, and when I find it its scorching hot. I have reported that to Razer as well.
