Have been using headsets for 6 months, today noticed that plastic is cracked and about to break on both sides. Should the warranty cover it.

Also, RazerId says it’s Razer Kaira X headset though it came in BlackShark V2 X box and Store receipt also says BlackShark V2 X.

Send all that to support and see if they can decide that it’s a manufacturing defect i.e. if it hasn’t been dropped, mishandled etc. They’ll simply require the serial number, Razer ID screenshot, receipt and also photo of box. Good luck.

Hey there, @Byzantiumsolocar667

I understand that you've noticed cracks forming on both sides of the plastic frame of your Razer Kaira X. To help me investigate this further, please send your device's serial number via PM so I can verify its details?

Also, what happened before the cracks appeared? For example, was the headset accidentally dropped, bent, stretched excessively, or subjected to any impact? Additionally, is the headset still functioning normally despite the cracks?

Lastly, let me know where the headset was purchased and send a screenshot or photo of the proof of purchase/receipt showing the name of the store or reseller. Thank you!

You can upload the photo using this link and then send me the link once it’s uploaded. Thank you!
