Iskur Chair lowering and won't lock in preferred height
I bought and Iskur chair back in 2021. As of the past few weeks it has started lowering to the lowest height and won't lock to the preferred height that feels comfortable. I called customer service twice and was on hold for 10 minutes with their annoying piano hold music only to be hung up on both times.
Anyone have any info on how I can get a temporary fix for the chair that won't void the warranty until I hear back from Razer?
