Hello Lads,

My Iskur Chair  has the Welding Holding the Cylinder is broken

Does anyone know if is possible to replace this broken base or buy a new one from Razer?

Really annoying I am working remotely now and it just broke at this point and is destroying my back…

OBS: I bought my Iskur chair 2 years ago, Seems it has 3 years warranty,

If someone could help, I really appreciate I need to fix it soon as possible.

Mine too! Bought mine in December last year and the welds have broken. I have seen several other posts about the exact same problem. Hopefully they can replace the part and the issue has been fixed. Maybe it’s it’s a fault with the regular size chair, they should just use the same base as the XL (I’m presuming it’s tougher as the chair is 15% bigger so it must be 15% heavier.

The weight restriction on the regular is 299lbs, that would mean the XLs base must have a restriction of at least 343lbs (15% more that 299lbs) to account for the weight increase of the chair itself.

had the same issue and checking the chair underneath we can clearly conclude the welding is only tack welded and not fully welded and this is probably the root cause since we can see this happening kinda regularly so hope Razer engineering team have addressed this major safety concern !!!

I have the same problem I sent an email I hope to get an answer as soon as possible, will they refund your part for you?

Same problem here. I submitted a warranty claim this morning but have heard nothing yet.

Same issue. The welding came apart. The chair is still under 3 year warranty, created a case with Razer.
