ISKUR cylider failing

I purchased a model RZ38-02770200-R3U1 back in September of 2017 and it has been a great chair that gets used daily. It has held up very well but now it has started lowering itself every time I sit in it. This has been my favorite gaming chair as well as my grand kids favorite chair and I really hate to have to get rid of it. Are there replacements parts still available for this chair? If so, how do I obtain a new cylinder?

Thanks

Hey there, @BartCunningham

I understand that you want to purchase a replacement part for your Razer Iskur.  You can submit a ticket through this link for further assistance.

Once there, navigate to "Lifestyle products" > "chairs" > enter your serial number, and then submit your request. Our Support Team will then be able to assist you with your chair spare part request.

Alternatively, you can send me a PM together with your chair's serial number, and I can help you initiate a support ticket and forward it to the relevant team. Thank you!
