Iskur gaming chair part needed

I have a RAzer Iskur gaming chair model #RZ38-0277. The tilt on the bottom of chair is broken.  How can I order this?  I’m not within the warranty period but am willing to buy it.

I have attached a photo of broken part for the reference.
