I have an Iskur v1 chair which is starting to get cracks on the armrest. I do believe that it’s out of warranty, and I’m inquiring about how to buy a replacement armrest if they’re available.
I see numerous other people asking the same question, and they’re all responded to with “send me a PM” by support. I’ve got the serial and damage photo and invoice available, but it would be nice just to have an answer to the question.
