I have had the Iskur V2 for just a few months and it creaks like crazy any time I move no matter the direction. I have tried applying lubricant to the cylinder but it does sound like it coming from the base plate. Any ideas of how to fix?

Let me assist you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team so they can investigate the issue? Please also send a photo of your receipt/invoice and a short video clip highlighting the creaking noise so I can include them as well. You can upload them to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
