Hi, just received this evening my new chair and everything is really great I just wondered if it was normal that my wheels were not really rolling at all. I can move around with it pretty much but it’s not smooth really. Noticed it before even mounting the wheels and thought it would smooth out itself after moving a little but it’s still really stiff i’d say. I can send a video if needed.

Let me assist you with your chair. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it when I forward your case to our Technical Team so they can check on it? Please also send a short video clip highlighting the issue so I can include it as well? You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
