Iskur X Missing Serial Number back is disconnecting | Razer Insider

I have an Iskur X and am having issues where the supports that connect to the right side of the chair seem to be disconnecting. I’ve tightened them, but whatever they are connected to underneath is coming loose.

Because of this, the left side of the chair leans back significantly further than the right with even the lightest press. It’s basically impossible to sit in the chair.

Trying to start a support request, but like many threads I’ve found, my chair doesn’t have a serial number on the bottom.
