Hello,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset from a third-party seller  However, when I tried to register the product, it indicates that the serial number is already registered.

I would like to request assistance in unregistering this product so that I can activate the 7.1 Surround Sound and use all its features. Please help me with this issue.

There’s a high chance that you have purchased a counterfeit headset. I’ll double-check just to be sure. Please drop me a message via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check the registration.
