Issue in Deathadder V2 X Hyperspeed. Polling rate resets to 1000hz after restart

I recently bought this mouse but the battery runs out really quick so i usually turn the polling rate down to 125hz when i am not playing games and it was working fine. It stayed at 125hz when i needed to and stayed 100hz when i need it too but not for the recent few days. I have found out that the mouse changes its polling rate right after the reset to 1000hz. This issue and itself consumed 2 cells of mine in the past week. I think its more of a software issue.
