Issue: “This product has already been registered” – Black Shark V2 X Headset

Hello,

When I tried to register my Black Shark V2 X headset, I received the following message:

“This product has already been registered. If you did not register it, please contact Razer’s support team.”

 

I confirm that I purchased the headset as new and have not registered it before. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

Where did you purchase your Razer BlackShark V2 X? Please check your device's 7.1 Surround Sound activation code on the scratch card included in the box. If the card is missing or the code has already been used, kindly contact the reseller for a refund. If you need further assistance, feel free to send me a PM with your headset’s serial number and proof of purchase for verification.
