I understand you're experiencing a dropping connection with your Razer Viper V3 Pro via dongle. Please try the steps below to isolate the issue.
- Make sure your mouse is fully charged, connect the USB dongle directly to the PC, and verify there is a clear line of sight between the mouse and the dongle.
- Download and run the Pairing Utility for your mouse.
- If the problem persists, test your mouse on another computer to verify whether the issue still occurs.
