Issue with 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code for Razer BlackShark V2 X

Hello,

I recently purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 X headset, but I am having an issue activating the 7.1 Surround Sound feature.

When I try to register the product on your website, I receive a message saying that the product is already registered. I did not register this product before.

Serial Number: HN2137D22210297

Unfortunately, I did not receive a valid activation code, or the code appears to have already been used.

Could you please help me resolve this issue or advise on what I should do next?

I have confirmed that the Razer BlackShark V2 X with serial number HN2137D22210297 was registered to a different account, and the 7.1 Surround Sound has been claimed. Where specifically did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and for proper documentation.
