I recently purchased a Razer product that uses an activation code for the 7.1 Surround Sound software. However, I noticed that my code was linked to a different Razer account, which is not mine. This occurred before I created my own Razer ID account.
I would like to request the unlinking of the code from the wrong account and its correct association with my Razer ID.
