hey there, i play for several years with a razer tartarus pro and for some reason my character aim the sky and no possibility to change that, it seems to be the game keypad ‘s fault because it ‘s ok if i put it off...so if someone had the same problem and is able to help me to resolve it, it would be nice

Similar problem here but it’s my mouse that doesn’t work.
When disconnecting my tartarus pro and exit synapse then the mouse comes alive again.
Only in BF6 and it did work with the beta of BF6…
Hope more people report problems so they fix it cause playing without my tartarus is not an option!
I had an issue where Battlefield 6 was registering my Tartarus Pro as a controller. Somehow it had very slow stick drift up and right. I think due to the stick drift BF6 prioritized controller aim and I lost all mouse aiming whenever the Tartarus was plugged in.
To fix this issue I went to Windows Settings, Bluetooth and Devices. The Tartarus was recognized by windows as a “HID Controller”. I removed the device (the HID Controller) from the list. Now the PC doesn’t recognize it as a controller, it still functions with Synapse, and BF6 doesn’t detect Controller input.

BF6 has already been released from beta testing
However, if you disconnect Tartarus from your PC, the problem will be fixed. Changing the USB (2.0, 3.0, or other) does not fix the issue
