Hello,
I recently bought a Razer Blackwiddow x tournament edition chroma and there is 1 big issue. When I first downloaded synapse 4 it disabled all of the leds on my keyboard. if I reset it then the lights will come on however I can’t type. My computer manages to pick up my keyboard when I plug it in but on the chroma app it says I have no device connected. Even though on the box there is the chroma sticker.
Can this please be fixed???
