Issue with Deathadder v2 PRO

I'm having issues with my Razer Deathadder V2 PRO, the RGB turns on, my PC detects the usb dongle but it does'nt detect the mouse when i connect it wired, i can't update firmware because of that, also the mouse isn't charging so i can't use it via usb dongle, the mouse is like in a stand by mode or something like that, i've tried everything, i used other pc as well and nothing works, pls help
