My scroll wheel on the deathadder v3 pro has been giving me issues. When i scroll downwards, occationally the mouse registers it as scrolling up and visa versa. I bought the mouse end of March 2025 and it is now October 2025. I tried to go through warranty but the Razer website says it is out of warranty. I have purchase invoice and the box as proof. I have tried the steps required before contacting support such as updating windows and drivers for the mouse. I also recorded 2 videos of the issue for support as per requested.

Let me check on your mouse. Have you tried cleaning the scroll wheel with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the scroll wheel issue you're currently experiencing.
