Hi there,
Just purchase a V2 Analog this week and am having an issue whenever the keyboard is running from one of the onboard profiles. I'm used to a 60% size keyboard, so I have the wasd keys bound to my arrow keys while I have the "fn" key pressed.
If I'm using a profile with a Hypershift key bindings set and Synapse is not actively running, then the two layers are inverted. Normal keypresses are triggering the hypershift binding, and I have to hold down the "fn" key to get normal operation again.
What's more annoying is that locking my PC (Win+L) seems to be enough for Synapse not to be active in the background. It took me a number of attempts to log back in until I worked out what was going on. I tried the keyboard on a number of other devices, including a laptop and a mobile phone that don't have Synapse installed, and I am seeing the same behaviour when the keyboard is operating from an onboard profile.
Its not a massive issue, as long as I have a vanilla profile onboard, I can swap to it using the fn+App keys and login normally. Once Synapse is running, normal behaviour resumes. Not an issue I expected on a £200+ keyboard though.
