issue with installing the 7.1 surround sound driver

Hello!So, 7.1 Surround Sound itself is installed successfully, but questions may arise during the installation process, since the download percentage jumps from 19% to 48% and after that to 100%. My suspicion fell on the driver and I decided to install it separately, namely along the path "C:\Program Files\Razer\Razer Surround Sound Setup\SophieLiteDriver.exe". How can I fix this problem?
