Hi, my mouse is razer viper v2pro and i meet some problem with the scrolling wheel on my mouse. when I scroll up or down, the wheel scrolls in the opposite direction.There are times when the scroll wheel doesn’t respond at all, requiring multiple attempts to achieve any scrolling.

Hello,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also try cleaning it using a can of compressed air and spray it in between the gaps. It will help remove any debris that might have been causing the problem. If that didn’t work out, then drop me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and look for other workarounds that we can attempt.
