Issue with my brand new V2 X HyperSpeed mice

Hi @Klaus9270 , I am getting the same issue, today I received the device and it is not connecting with dongle, Only BT connection is working. did you get the solution? pls help

Hello @Razer.Zionzedd , I tried the dongle utility, but in the final step for pairing, dongle keeps connecting and disconnecting and in the last I am getting failure message. I tired to connect the mouse with multiple laptops but same issue persists. I want to try possible solutions before returning to Amazon :(

@spaceman007 , no man. I replaced with the same product from Amazon but was facing the same issue in other unit as well so returned that too. 

Hi everybody, i have the same issue. Contacted the BR Razer support and they’re requesting it back. I think it might be an Windows Update or something. I bought mine last year and everything was ok. Changed the batteries, reinstall the drivers and Synapse, paired again using the Dongle utility. Tried everything. There is no firmware update available for razer deathadder v2 x hyperspeed on razer.com.

Really don’t what to do and i’m really disappointed. This mice costs more than R$ 400 here.

Any updates?

I purchased deathadder v2 x hyperspeed mice yesterday on Amazon and having the 2.4 ghz connectivity issue

Do I return it back or any fixes available?
