Issue with my cynosa chroma keyboard

Hi there, I tried to find an answer in the other threads but with no score Please let me explain its not a big deal but pretty boring when i play mmo when i press the &/1 button , the result is &é or 12 (+shift) its seems like the key &/1 and é/2 are linked all the other keys works well, i already tried to reset to factory setting and reinstall Razer Synapse Is that a Hardware issue? cheer
