I own a Razer Tarok Pro Zen gaming chair. I am experiencing several issues with this chair:
- One of the armrests is bent inward and downward.
- The tilt mechanism of the chair no longer works.
- The label under the seat is partially torn, making the serial number unreadable.
I no longer have the serial number, and it is not on the packaging. I found other numbers on the box, but none of them correspond to the serial number.
I would like assistance in finding the serial number so that I can contact support. I want to know if I can get a refund for the chair, a discount to purchase a new one, or any other form of help, such as a partial refund.
