Hello,

I own a Razer Tarok Pro Zen gaming chair. I am experiencing several issues with this chair:

  1. One of the armrests is bent inward and downward.
  2. The tilt mechanism of the chair no longer works.
  3. The label under the seat is partially torn, making the serial number unreadable.

I no longer have the serial number, and it is not on the packaging. I found other numbers on the box, but none of them correspond to the serial number.

I would like assistance in finding the serial number so that I can contact support. I want to know if I can get a refund for the chair, a discount to purchase a new one, or any other form of help, such as a partial refund.
