Issue with my wired Razer Kraken Kitty V2 Pro

Hi, I ordered one of this headset off of Amazon and mostly everything was (and still is) working fine. However, I’ve been having issues with the left side of the headset’s slide adjuster, so it doesn’t lock in place and the slider just kinda falls freely. Is there any way to fix this, or any way I could get the headset replaced for one without this issue?
Additional Note: I cannot return/replace it on Amazon anymore as the window is closed, but I don’t know that I would have been able to anyway for something like this
