Issue with Obtaining 7.1 Surround Sound Activation Code for Razer BlackShark V2 X

Dear Razer Support Team,

I recently purchased the Razer BlackShark V2 X from Shein, but I did not receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code in the package or via email. I have tried registering my product on the Razer website, but I have not received the code.

I have replied to your PM and verified that the Razer BlackShark V2 X with serial number was registered to a different account and the 7.1 Surround Sound. Also, the reseller "Shein" is not yet listed as Razer's authorized reseller. I suggest you take advantage of your warranty and request a refund from the store since we cannot remove the device from the previous account. Please note that purchasing products from non-authorized dealers can often result in the use of counterfeit, re-boxed, defective, or gray market goods.
