Issue with Ornata V2 Keyboard: Stops Working After aprox 30 Seconds


Hello,

I'm experiencing a persistent issue with my Razer Ornata V2 keyboard that I hope to get some help with. Upon connecting the keyboard to my PC, everything initially works as expected – all keys function correctly, and the backlight is on. However, about 30 seconds after connection, the keyboard completely stops responding. At this point, it also disappears from the Razer Synapse software.

When I disconnect and then reconnect the keyboard, it repeats the same behavior: it works for roughly 30 seconds before ceasing to function again. Interestingly, the backlight's behavior is inconsistent; sometimes it remains on after the keyboard stops working, and other times it turns off.

I have already attempted to resolve this issue by disabling the demo mode, but unfortunately, the problem persists. This issue occurs every time the keyboard is used, and I have verified that the problem is not related to the USB port or the computer itself.
