I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones through AliExpress, but when I attempted to register my product and activate the 7.1 Surround Sound software, I received a message stating that the product has already been registered.
This has left me unable to access the 7.1 Surround Sound feature that is advertised with this product. I can provide proof of purchase and any other necessary details to verify my ownership of the headphones.
I kindly ask for your assistance in either resetting the activation code or providing me with a new one, so I can fully enjoy the product as intended.
