Hi Razer Support Team,

I purchased a Razer Barracuda X headset, but the included USB Type-C wireless dongle has suddenly stopped working.

Here are the details of the issue and what I have experienced:

  • Issue Overview: The headset fails to connect wirelessly via the USB-C dongle. The dongle is no longer recognized by my device, and the headset cannot establish a wireless audio connection.

  • When it started: Yesterday during a discord call halfway it suddenly disconnect and not be able to connect back to my PC so i did a restart of the PC and still not able to connect back, the headset light keep flashing blue.

  • Troubleshooting Steps Already Attempted:

    • Tested the dongle on multiple USB ports (and via the USB-A extension cable/adapter).

    • Tested the dongle on a different device such as PC and Phone.

    • Attempted to re-pair the headset using the Razer Pairing Utility but it does not works as it does not detect the dongle.

    • Checked Windows Device Manager and the dongle is not detected.

    • Have ensured the headset is fully charged.

Could you please assist me with replacing the faulty dongle?

Thank you
