I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to report an issue I'm encountering with my Razer Blackshark V2 X headset. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to get it to be recognized by both Synapse 3.0 and 2.0 software.
When connected to my PC, the headset is detected as a Realtek audio device rather than being recognized as a Razer headset . I have diligently performed all necessary updates and even attempted to reinstall the Synapse software, but unfortunately, the issue persists.
