Issue with Razer Blade 15 Base (early 2021) | Razer Insider

Hi guys, I've had my laptop for a while now and have had a few issues here and there with it. Over the last year I've had intermittent audio problems that never really went away. I am connected to my audio through an M-Audio Air 192/4 for music production and on occasion I will get popping in my headphones or speakers. I would liken it to the sound of the audio system being switched off and on again, though the sound that is playing at the time doesn't turn off.

At first I'd learned to live with it but now I have a more serious issue. I have set all my power settings to never go to sleep, turn off the hard drive, etc. when plugged in. However, whenever I leave my computer alone with no activity for a long enough time, I return to find it had shutdown with what I assume was an error. Because when I push the power button, the computer starts up as from a cold boot, and not resuming from sleep or hibernation. Moreover, whenever I try to put it into sleep mode or hibernation, it crashes to a BSOD. This happens every single time. The feedback I received from support was that it may be a memory issue so I replaced the RAM with new, upgraded sticks (64GB of DDR4 3200 CL22) but the behavior did not change in the slightest.

Short of formatting and reinstalling windows 11, are there any other things I can do fix this issue? I ran a memory diagnostic as well as a sys check and disk check but found no errors in any of these tests.
