Issue with Razer Electra V2 USB
I'm very, very disappointed with the support, I can't believe that even when I replaced the product the issues are still happening. I don't know if it is a hardware problem (probably not), I don't know if it is related to the Synapse 2 application, I tried to contact the support 3 times, anybody could help me.
(The error is that the device stops working randomly and until now I didn't get a solution):frown_::frown_:
