Issue with Razer Huntsman Mini

I purchased a Razer Huntsman Mini (Spanish layout) from MediaMarkt in Mallorca. Shortly after using it, I noticed that sometimes keys behave as if they are still pressed after releasing them. The keys only stop "sticking" when I press the "sticking" key again.

 

I used the warranty to exchange the keyboard for a new unit, but the same issue occurred with the replacement within a day.

 

Details:

• OS: Windows 11

• Synapse tested both installed and uninstalled — the issue occurs in both cases.

• Behavior: Intermittent — sometimes affects one and after fixing it and pressing another that key gets sticky, sometimes none.

 

Could you please advise if this is a known issue, or if there is a firmware or hardware solution? I would greatly appreciate your guidance, as this issue is preventing normal use of the keyboard and I’m eager to control my movement ASAP.
